The simple synopsis.

The challenge? Our client uses Delivery Systems Informatics to do predictive analysis. They draw current and historical data from various internal and external locations. And they needed to build out their Medical Cost Analysis analytical data store. Plus, they needed data cubes which would support Business Intelligence reporting and dashboard tools.

Before the onset of work, the client determined the parameters for the host platform and database. Meridian Technologies then conducted an initial six-week project assessment which included authoring high-level architecture and a detailed breakdown of the necessary work.

The benefit realization?

In six short months, Meridian Technologies delivered a detailed MCA Architecture; software requirements; ETL design documentation; mappings and BPRs; ETL code; cubes; and all related project artifacts.

The client took delivery of an impeccable Analytical Data Store and cubes as ordered. But they also received a platform to build out future data capabilities. And the ETL code armed them with a reusable framework for sourcing and loading any additional data feeds.
